Q. How much is the callout charge?
A. My standard callout charge is £75.00 (no vat), which includes an hours labour at your home or business premises. Any parts used carry an additional charge and further time spent onsite is charged per quarter hour at the rate of £8.50, (a full extra hour being £34.00).
Q. How do I get a free quotation?
A. For 'installation work' a free no obligation quotation can be provided. Normally I would endeavour to complete smaller jobs during the first visit, where as larger projects will have a written quotation submitted.
Q. What is the lead time for appointments?
A. It is possible I may be able to visit you immediately so please call 07833 938 962 to check availability. Appointments can be made Mon - Sun with no extra charge for weekend working. I normally arrive between 9.30 - 10am to begin work but can be flexible to suit requirement.
Q. How far will you travel?
A. I cover the entirety of Sussex and depending on availability will book appointments anywhere within the two counties. If you live outside of Sussex please call for additional travelling prices.
Q. How do I pay?
A. I am pleased to accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer. An invoice will be submitted upon completion of work and if everything has been carried out satisfactorily payment is required. No VAT is added to prices quoted as I am not VAT registered.
